This is one of my favorite parts of being an agent. Meeting new people, learning their likes and dislikes while looking for a new home. Working with return clients to buy a new home or investment property. The pleasure of helping someone find the perfect property is very satisfiying.

Who I Am
I have lived in the Willamette Valley for almost all of my life. From a dairy in Halsey to beautiful Parrett Mt in Yamhill county to the wild and wonderful Kings Valley.
My husband and I bought our first home when we were 20 years old. That was a great learning experience especially since it was a house built in the 1880's. We remodeled the kitchen and bath, plus put a foundation under the home. Many thanks to my Grandpa, a carpenter, my Dad, a plumber, and my Mom, who can do everything and is not afraid to get dirty, with their help we were able to do all of the repairs ourselves.
Our next home was placed on bare timber land, so we had to bring in electricity, have a well put in, plus put in the septic system and driveway with a culvert over the creek.
Our current home we were able to have custom built by a local contractor. It is next to a river, so we have learned about floodplains and FEMA.
We also have owned commercial properties in Yamhill and Benton counties.
I love real estate and believe that owning your own property is beneficial for your good health, family and financial stability.
I am a Principal Broker licensed in Oregon.
